Envision Home Inspections

At Envision Home Inspections, we believe that building relationships with our clients and providing the most in-depth home inspections is what helps us stand out. We bring our knowledge and experience from the construction, property management, real estate and home inspection industries.  It’s critical to understand the how homes and related structural elements perform in the high Rocky Mountains.

We understand home construction in counties such as Summit and Eagle. We will provide the answer to questions you may have about the home and it’s needs and potential maintenance. Following the completion of the inspection, your report will have the information you need to make the best investment decision for your future.

The Home Inspection Report

As professional home inspectors, we visually inspect the home’s structure and its components. We provide you a written report within 24 hours of the inspection. The report will have a description of any observed problem areas, both immediate as well as future issues. During the inspection, we will include recommendations for any further evaluation. If you are selling the home, it can help you find any issues prior to listing. If you are a buyer, you can discuss the home inspection report with your real estate agent to consider how the report may impact the purchase of the home. Typically, the home buyer will be responsible for arranging the home inspector.
